Candidates Profile:
Someone who is a self-starter with the ability to work on their own and take initiative, has good interpersonal and organizational skills, is comfortable in a team environment, is assertive and self motivated, excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills, can manage multiple, simultaneous tasks, has excellent research and analysis skills and can quickly grasp new concepts, the ability to work to tight deadlines and to work with other members of the same team and with various departments.
Role:
* Trouble-shooting and replicating complex customer issues and managing them through the fault resolution process.
* Maintaining call logs and works activity reporting.
* Liaison with customers, sales, product management, engineering teams and with other Critical Path support centre.
Requirements (Essential):
* Experience in one or more of Perl, C or UNIX shell scripting
* Degree/Diploma Engineering/Computer Science Discipline
* System level experience with, Windows 2000 and/or Windows XP as well as UNIX (one or more of Solaris, HP-UX or Linux)
* Database knowledge (ORACLE, RDBMS)
* Good Communication skills
* Willing to work in Shifts
