Job Overview:

Job Responsibilities:
All Reporting (planned and ad hoc): CPE/licensing/accreditation compliance tracking and reporting, manipulating

existing spreadsheets, resource management reporting, compensation reporting, performance management related

reporting.
Reporting Analysis: analysis of data in reports for salient information, including reporting in graphs, pivot

tables, and calculations.
Management of distribution lists, email/voicemail.
Emailing/contacting practitioners as needed per the guidance of the Talent Manager.� (Example: to follow up on

Specialist provides

- Prepare weekly locator reports from the staffing system for assigned locations/functions

such as posting documents to an e-room, running and formatting evaluation compliance reports, scheduling feedback
