Job Description:
Invoice management:Review invoices for accuracy. Identify issues and report them to the Regional Business Manager.
Challenge unjustified charges with the vendors. Input invoices into the cost allocation system.
Order management:Verify that orders have gone through all the stages of the customer’s approval process and process
them with the vendors.
Inventory management: Update vendor, contracts, cost and usage information.
Reporting: Produce cost allocation reports from the MDS and Network cost transparency database.
Accrual and Prepaid entry generation: Create and validation accruals and prepayments on a monthly basis,
responsible for month end reconciliations.
Analysis: Review entries and reports to ensure accurate monthly expense recognition.

display of regulatory disclosure elements.
--Gathering all relevant material to perform checks
--Checking six-seven renditions created for each UBS research
document to ensure disclosures residing in central database appear
correctly in source document, and are consistent across all versions
--Check other disclosure elements (legal entity, disclaimer) for accuracy
--Preparing daily update reports
