Keep abreast of new trends in e-learning
Desired Candidate Profile
Proficiency in the principles and practices of instructional design
Familiarity with instructional and learning theories
Experience in the use of media like graphics, illustrations, photographs, audio, video, animations, and simulations in instruction
Understanding of Bloom's Taxonomy and Gagne's nine universal steps of designing instruction
Familiarity with HTML, Flash, MS-Office and Web-related technologies
Awareness of different instructional design models
