Job Description:
1 Support the Sales team / Customer by means of information and data.
2.To Follow-up on A/R on Middle East and Europe Region
3.To Follow-up on Advance Payments, L/C for Middle East and Europe Region
4 Design sales literature , Banners & co-ordinating with External Agencies for processing
5. Assist in exhibition & other promotion activities, subscription of Magazines etc
6. Managing Regular manuals and in development of special User Guides with Product Management
7.Co-ordinating with External Agency for Foreign language Literature
8. With the help of customer drafting Bank Guarantee / Legalized Credit and generating L/C for Payments.
9. Website changes, CRL changes and development
10 Making Initial Documents for Submission against Reference For Qualification(RFQ) & Purchase
Document Reference Listing
11 Giving alternatives to Technical Specification as mentioned in RFQ
12 Giving all the necessary Inputs as per Purchase Order to Product Development Purchase ,
Customer Service , Quality Assurance & Manufacturing
13 Supporting Customer by providing Progress Report w.r.t Project.
14 Co-ordination with External Inspection Agencies.
15 Supporting QA in submission on Final Documentation w.r.t PDRL
16 Generating all necessary documents Like Manuals, Purchasing schedule etc.
Desired Profile:
- Microsoft Office
- Strong Communication skills
- Knowledge on Coral Draw, Page Make, Autocad, etc.
